We are all epicureans with a passion for food and drink. As enthusiastic explorers of foreign cultures, we are constantly inspired by glimpses into local cooking pots. Travel invites us to think about the bigger picture in life: How and with whom do I spend my time? Who and what do I want to support with my money? Where does my food come from? Fabienne and Remy were moved by their travels to follow a consistent path. This is how the Petit Couteau was born, which, by the way, is derived from Fabienne's last name "Messerli".
