As a child and teenager, I experienced how I was not supposed to be. I hardly trusted myself with anything, I didn't have the courage to go my own way. Through the death of my father I began to love myself. Today I support people in expanding their horizons, especially in the areas of relationship and natural sexuality as life energy.

To Mike:

I know the pain of not knowing who I am and constantly searching for it. Since I am a lust for life researcher and look at sexuality not only in terms of the body, but how I relate to myself and others as a man, I can launch my own expression as a man even stronger, more self-efficient, courageous and authentic. To accompany and support men and couples in this is my passion and calling.
